Terms of Service

1. Service Description

FastIP provides network proxy acceleration subscription services (the "Service"). By registering an account and purchasing a plan, you receive access to assigned proxy nodes for use with Mihomo/Clash-compatible clients.

2. Account Registration and Security

• You must be at least 18 years old or the legal age of majority in your jurisdiction to register.
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. Notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorized access.
• Each account is for personal use only and may not be shared, rented, or transferred.

3. Acceptable Use

• You may not use the Service for any unlawful purpose, including but not limited to cyberattacks, fraud, or distribution of prohibited content.
• You may not abuse the Service through automated means such as mass scraping or DDoS activity.
• You may not attempt to reverse-engineer, crack, or interfere with the Service infrastructure.
• You may not resell or use your account to provide commercial proxy services to others.

4. Subscriptions and Payment

• Subscription plans are billed for the selected billing cycle (monthly/quarterly/annual) and charged in full at the time of purchase.
• Plans do not auto-renew; the Service ceases at the end of the paid period unless manually renewed.
• Pricing may change at any time. Changes are communicated in advance and do not affect the current paid billing cycle.

5. Service Availability

We strive to provide a stable service but do not guarantee 100% uptime. FastIP is not liable for interruptions caused by network conditions, force majeure, or scheduled maintenance.

6. Account Termination

• You may request account deletion at any time. Unused subscription balances are handled per our Refund Policy.
• FastIP may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms. Serious violations may result in forfeiture of any remaining subscription value.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, FastIP is not liable for indirect losses, lost profits, or data loss arising from your use of or inability to use the Service. FastIP's maximum aggregate liability shall not exceed the fees you actually paid in the three months preceding the claim.

8. Changes to Terms

FastIP reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be communicated via email or in-app notice in advance. Continued use after notice constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
