Refund Policy

1. Eligibility
- New subscribers may request a full refund within 7 days of their first purchase, provided actual traffic usage has not exceeded 10% of the plan's total allowance.
- If a service outage caused by FastIP results in continuous unavailability exceeding 72 hours, affected users may request a pro-rated refund for the unused days.
- Renewal subscriptions, subscriptions where more than 10% of traffic has been consumed, and subscriptions purchased with vouchers or promotional offers are not eligible for refunds.
2. How to Request a Refund
- Log in to the User Center and submit a refund ticket via the Support section, including your order number and reason.
- Alternatively, email [email protected] with the subject line "Refund Request".
- We will review and respond within 3 business days of receiving your request.
3. Processing Time
- Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method.
- Credit/debit cards: 5–10 business days (depending on your card issuer).
- E-wallets (Alipay, etc.): 1–3 business days.
- Cryptocurrency: 1–3 business days, refunded in the original currency.
4. Non-Refundable Cases
- More than 7 days have passed since purchase.
- More than 10% of the plan's traffic allowance has been consumed.
- Account was terminated due to a violation of our Terms of Service.
- Purchased through a third-party reseller — please contact that reseller directly.
5. Special Circumstances
For exceptional cases such as duplicate charges, FastIP will handle each situation on its merits to ensure fair treatment.
